Bill was AMAZING. Any person who can make me laugh at 9 in the morning is good! He was really great - funny, informative and flexible when we got a little off schedule and lunch took a little too long. (I have been on tours where the guide gets hysterical and treats everyone like two year olds!) Bill was GREAT. I can't tell you the number of good comments I heard from my family and friends about the tour in general and about Bill specifically.

Bill made our day truly memorable, through his deep involvement into every aspect of the tour, while taking care of the passengers. His story telling ability, (amazing! history comes alive), his love for ecology with vivid description of landscape surrounding us ( beautiful lochs & hills, cascading waterfalls) together with sunshine & highland drizzles, helped us to enjoy Scotlands natural beauty at it's bestI have taken several sight seeing tours & have seen many a tour guides both in India, Europe & USA, but none can match Bill's calibre.

Bill made everyone instantly feel at home. the stories told us during our travels were not only accurate in detail, but reflected the true beauty of Scotland's history and landscape. Bill even managed to impress our teenage daughters - and that is saying a lot!

I dont think we could have had a better guide. He was an absolute pleasure. Anything that was asked of him he knew details of and make every moment of the trip enjoyable. The sights we saw were made even more interesting by Bills stories and commentary and quick humour. I would just like if you could send a BIG thank you to Bill for making such a trip so memorable. It really made out holiday.

It was an extraordinary experience! We were blown away by Bill, our driver. With his story telling ability and his scientific knowledge, it was like going to the theatre with a constantly moving scenery. An amazing tour guide and I have told EVERYONE back here in the States to request him when they go to Scotland.
